Tuesday - Fried Chicken Night
Part of our Nostalgic Dinner Series - Tender and Crispy fried chicken served with golden Yukon Mash and wilted garlic kale with a serving of rich country creamy gravy. Every bite will bring up visions of classic southern dinner fare.
- Escargot - The famous dish of France will be here served with a butter garlic sauce.
- Duck Cassoulet -A traditional French entrée of savory white bean stew with sausage and veggies. Topped with braised duck leg and a side of grilled bread. You can add lamb riblets for a little more.
Back to Our Roots
Lyon has a long and chronicled culinary arts tradition. The noted food critics have referred to the city as "the gastronomic capital of the world" and a Bouchon is a traditional Lyonnaise restaurant that serves local fare such as sausages, duck pâté or roast pork, along with local wines. We have decided to reach back to these roots and feature French favorites with a Pacific NW Flare. We are going to be featuring some French Classics:
- Duck Confit - It does not get any richer than this. Slow cooked, fat-preserved and most decadent.
- Lamb Shank - Served Lyon-style braised in white wine, herb de Provence, celery, and onions. Superbly prepared to fork tender readiness.

Curry Night Wednesdays
Come in for a transcendent taste experience with our curry dinner. Chef Michael creates it each Wednesday. Choose from cod, salmon, shrimp, Chilean scallops, and chicken. Our curry is served with basmati rice, quinoa side, and naan. The best part is, we make enough for the rest of the week too.

The Wine Bar at Le Bouchon
We feature unique wines you will not find anywhere else. We have them arranged by strength to help you pick the right one for your palate. We also offer tasters before you commit to a particular varietal. In addition to unique wines, we have a great selection of local beers on tap and in bottles you can pair with a light dinner or lunch. Our menus change regularly, so each visit offers you new gastronomic adventure.

As much as we love wine here at Le Bouchon, we cannot overlook our amazing local craft beer makers. Our taps change often due to the great variety and offerings of the local Craft Beer movement.

Although our menu is changing and evolving to go back to our Lyon roots, we still live in the Pacific Northwest. We have some great dinners for you.
Dungeness Crab Mac and Cheese
The best creamy and cheesy mac and cheese on Bay Street with an infusion of Dungeness Crab. You will not be disappointed.
Lamburgers
Hand-formed and cooked to order, these are the best burgers on the River. We are sure you will love them too.
Artisan Bread & Meat Plate
The perfect entreé for two. Assorted artisan breads, smoked turkey, Black Forest ham, salami, cucumbers, pickled onions, and olives. Pair it with wine or a craft beer for a perfect riverside treat.
Crab Cakes Dinner
A Le Bouchon original. An all seafood crab cake. No grainy filler here. We use succulent cod then pan saute them until they are perfectly crispy. Our crab cakes are served with a Lemon Dill sauce, sauteéd vegetables and ancient grains.
Spanish Anchovie Caesar Salad
The Cow Girl Panini
Something New - A perfect balance of cheesy and bacony goodness. We start with Tillamook Sharp White Cheddar, apple-smoked bacon, and roma tomatoes then sandwich them between Montana Corn and Jalapeño bread. Grilled just right so the cheese oozes out. Make this sandwich your next.
The Curry Dinner
We have the best curry in town. Balanced, spicy but not hot, creamy and warm with a delectable complexity that is perfect for a chilly winter night. Served with Naan, housemade chutney, tzatziki sauce, basmati rice, and quinoa.
