We have been busy here at Le Bouchon. We are ready to let you know, we have a new bar and bar seating, new tables, and even paint. The colors are influenced by our Oregon skies and beaches. You will enjoy great atmosphere, a fantastic wine and craft beer list and a fresh new menu.


Welcome Leigh Wetherill

Coming this April our new chef, Leigh Wetherill, will be in the kitchen creating new entrees inspired by her love of New Orleans Style cooking. But don't worry, it won't be too spicy. Her signature adds a sophisticated flare to the relaxed, flavorful style we celebrate here in the Pacific Northwest. We can hardly wait to share her amazing seafood gumbo with you. Her cooking compliments our French Infusion menu perfectly. She has a natural talent for creating great salads and sandwiches that are sure to make Le Bouchon the lunch head quarters for discerning diners. Leigh comes to us from Colorado and was drawn to the Oregon Coast for the adventure and for the seasonal and organic produce we have become known for here in Oregon.

Where are the Pastries and Coffee?

Our morning menu has moved to the new Waterfront Wine Store and Provisions, all the delicious coffee and pastry delights you have come to love will be there. The new wine store is at the Vardanian Gallery located at 1300 Bay Street next to Gazebo Park. Surrounded by the beauty of the Siuslaw River and soulful art, we are sure you will enjoy your morning coffee or later in the day a glass of wine with some cheese at Waterfront Wine Store and Provisions. Opening this April. See you there.

The Wine Bar at Le Bouchon

We feature unique wines you will not find anywhere else. We have them arranged by strength to help you pick the right one for your palate. We also offer tasters before you commit to a particular varietal. In addition to unique wines, we also have a great selection of local beers on tap and in bottles you can pair with a light dinner or lunch. Our menus change regularly, so each visit offers you new gastronomic adventure.

Gourmet Tartines

We serve tartines, a French open-faced sandwich, featuring creative toppings from seafood to vegetables to just about anything we can come up with. They are perfect for a light lunch, appetizer or even something sweet. Try Tartines done our way.

Hummus, Dolmas, and fresh Olives

A great taste of the Middle East. Creamy, garlicky hummus with grilled naan, handmade dolmas, and green olives to finish your experience. Paired with one of our white wines, this truly is a delight.
